Non destructive testing equipment

Non destructive testing is the base of evaluation of products, troubleshooting, and research in many organizations. Implementing non destructive testing during the manufacturing process, finished output and during service life is very important and this saves both money and time, especially in big and expensive projects.

Detection of flaws or defects, determining the state or function of a product by comparing a known input with a measured output, in electronic products building materials, and many other products is done with the use of specialized non destructive testing equipment or universal testing machines. The concept of non destructive testing is applied in a number of fields starting from electrical engineering, civil engineering, forensic engineering, mechanical engineering, systems engineering, medicine, and more.

Testing without destruction is done by using quality universal testing machines like falling weight deflectometer, pundit plus, asphalt content nuclear gauge, nuclear density moisture gauge, sonic integrity testing equipment, etc. With the market flooded with many non destructive testing equipment manufactured by varied brands, it becomes difficult for the buyer to choose the appropriate or the best one. One factor that helps the buyer is to make a comparative analysis on features, innovative incorporations and whether universal testing machines are fabricated as per latest technology or not. There are companies that offer these products at cheaper prices, rather than focusing on quality. Buyers get duped with the same and later realize that they spend more on fixing up the non destructive testing equipment, creating loss of time and money.
